Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking – it makes something we can all do more effective!

 

Nordic Walking uses poles which mean the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs.

You work a little harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier!

Once you have completed a Power of Poles Course you can book on Nordic Walks with IRBO and throughout the UK with NWUK Approved Instructors.
