Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking – it makes something we can all do more effective!
Nordic Walking uses poles which mean the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs.

You work a little harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier!

Once you have completed a Power of Poles Intro you can book on Nordic Walks with I'd Rather Be Outdoors or with Nordic Walking UK further afield.
