PILATES
Modern Pilates is a form of Pilates training which applies the research and sports science of the 21st Century to the traditional exercises of Joseph Pilates.

Pilates sessions are run and booked through The Studio at The Mill. (All equipment provided)

There are two packages where you can mix and match Yoga and Pilates.
6 Pilates and Yoga Class Pass £50, seven weeks to use.
10 Pilates and Yoga Class Pass £80, twelve weeks to use.
PAYG is available subject to availability £10.(To book a single class you will have to click on the schedule and pick your class.)
