Learn to Nordic Walk Course Lyme Park On this award winning course, you'll learn the Nordic walking technique and work towards your personal goals, whilst having fun and meeting new people. The course takes place in Lyme Park, Stockport, which is a beautiful place to learn to Nordic Walk. You can take in the amazing views around the park as you learn! The four week course consists of three one hour sessions. Each session introduces another "gear" so that you can develop your understanding of the Nordic walking technique and how it can help you towards your personal goals. On the fourth week you join one of our regular walks and put all you've learned to good use and meet some of our walkers. Week 1. 11:45-12:45 Week 2. 11:45-12:45 Week 3. 11:45-12:45 Week 4. 9:30-11:00 Booking Essential - Poles are provided for the course.
