Marple - Rose Hill Guided Walks Come along and join us on friendly Guided Walks starting at The Railway Pub near Rose Hill Station Marple, there are different circular routes around the area, using a mixture of streets, canals, parks, woodland, riverside paths, and bridlepaths. Before we set off on our walk there's a short warm-up. Engage in sociable group walks that not only enhance your physical well-being but also boost your mental health through outdoor exercise. After the walk there is a short stretch too. The walk includes a short mobilisation of joints prior to walking and a cool down stretch at the end. The walks are advertised at 90mins but they may take a little longer than that, due to terrain, and other factors. After the walk there's some cool down stretches. Distance approx 5-6km (3-4 miles)
