Service Description
Beginners Nordic Walking Workshops  These are a great way to get started with Nordic walking, whether for health, fitness or simply exercising effectively outside. Walking with poles is less stressful on the joints, it makes you walk faster with very little extra effort, it works your upper body as well as the legs. The result being more effective calorie burning, stronger core and toning of the upper body. This session is a 90 minute session, you'll learn the basics of Nordic walking, gaining the skills to get the most from using poles on our walks and your own too. Once this session is completed, there's a 20% Discount on walks for the next four weeks. (Minimum numbers will still apply to walks)  Poles are provided for the workshop.
