PILATES Modern Pilates is a form of Pilates training which applies the research and sports science of the 21st Century to the traditional exercises of Joseph Pilates. Some of the Benefits of Pilates. Improved core strength. Low impact. Improves balance. Suitable for all ages. Helps with posture. Helps to improve the strength of the pelvic floor muscles. Pilates classes take place at The Studio at The Mill, in Stockport. The class is suitable for Beginners and Intermediate Students. They can be booked through their system or through IRBO Online booking. (All equipment provided) The sessions are approx 45mins. There are two packages where you can mix and match Pilates and Yoga. 6 Pilates and Yoga Class Pass £50, seven weeks to use. 10 Pilates and Yoga Class Pass £80, twelve weeks to use. PAYG is available subject to availability £10. Pilates and Yoga classes are included as part of Bronze, Silver & Gold memberships at www.thestudioatthemill.co.uk
